For the toppings
  • 0.5 cups caramel sauce To drizzle over the top.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to create a nice, even crust.
  2. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy. Gradually add in the sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined and fluffy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully integrated.
  5. Carefully fold in the chopped Snickers bars and M&M's into the cheesecake mixture.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  7. Generously drizzle the caramel and chocolate sauces over the top of the cheesecake.
  8. Cover the cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  9. Remove from the springform pan and garnish with additional Snickers bars and M&M's before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure cream cheese is softened and whip the cream properly. This cheesecake can be made a day in advance for best flavor.
