Preparation
  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl until crumbly.
  2. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust. Chill in the refrigerator.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  4. Gradually mix in eggnog, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and ground nutmeg until smooth.
  5. Gently fold in whipped cream until no visible streaks remain.
  6. Pour the creamy filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
  8. Before serving, top with extra whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for smoother blending, and don’t skip the chilling time. Consider using flavored whipped cream or adding caramel sauce for extra flavor.
