- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl until crumbly.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust. Chill in the refrigerator.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Gradually mix in eggnog, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and ground nutmeg until smooth.
- Gently fold in whipped cream until no visible streaks remain.
- Pour the creamy filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
- Before serving, top with extra whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for smoother blending, and don’t skip the chilling time. Consider using flavored whipped cream or adding caramel sauce for extra flavor.
