- In a medium bowl, beat together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the milk and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gently mix in the flour and salt until just combined, then fold in the mini chocolate chips and colorful candy-coated chocolates.
- Scoop out small portions of dough and roll them into bite-sized balls, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the baking sheet in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour, until dough balls are firm.
- Dip each dough ball into melted milk chocolate, covering about half, and place them back on the parchment paper.
- Let the dipped bites sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes, or refrigerate for quicker setting.
Notes
For variations, try using dark or white chocolate chips, add a pinch of cinnamon, or include nuts for extra texture.
