- Add ground beef and chopped onions to a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté until the beef is browned and the onions have softened, about 8-10 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to medium. Stir in butter, garlic powder, ranch seasoning, au jus seasoning, pepperoncini peppers, pepperoncini juice, and beef broth. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring often, until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the mixture in toasted buns. Optionally, toast the buns in a skillet with olive oil until browned.
Notes
For a healthier alternative, try using ground turkey and low-fat butter. Serve with coleslaw on top for added crunch and flavor.
