Baking

- Once baked, invert the cake onto a towel dusted with powdered sugar and roll it tightly while warm.
Filling
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Carefully unroll the cooled cake, spread the whipped cream filling evenly, and roll it back up seam-side down.
Finishing
- Dust the finished log with cocoa powder or powdered sugar before serving.
