Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and eggs. Whisk until smooth and glossy.
Baking
  1. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 12 to 15 minutes.
  2. Once baked, invert the cake onto a towel dusted with powdered sugar and roll it tightly while warm.
Filling
  1. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. Carefully unroll the cooled cake, spread the whipped cream filling evenly, and roll it back up seam-side down.
Finishing
  1. Dust the finished log with cocoa powder or powdered sugar before serving.
