Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to your wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet with space between each.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers remain soft.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the warm cookies before serving.
Notes
Use quality chocolate for the best flavor. Chill the dough if too soft. Don't skip the salt as it enhances sweetness.
