- In another bowl, crumble the feta cheese and add the Greek yogurt. Blend until creamy and smooth.
- Stir in the honey and fresh herbs into the whipped feta mixture, mixing well.
Assembly
- Dollop the whipped feta onto a serving platter and arrange the marinated olives around it.
- Drizzle some of the marinade over the whipped feta and let the dish sit for about 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Using high-quality feta will elevate your dish. Consider adding sun-dried tomatoes or artichoke hearts for added flavor. If fresh herbs aren't available, dried herbs can be used in smaller quantities.
