  • 1 whole ripe mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup frozen dragon fruit (pitaya) chunks
  • 1/2 cup white grape juice
  • 1/4 cup water Adjust to desired consistency
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar or simple syrup Adjust to taste

  • as needed slices Mango slices
  • as needed chunks Dragon fruit chunks

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a high-powered blender, add the cubed mango and frozen dragon fruit chunks.
  2. Pour in the white grape juice and adjust with water to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Squeeze in the fresh lime juice, allowing its tartness to harmonize with the sweetness of the fruits.
  4. Next, add the agave nectar or simple syrup to balance flavors.
  5. Secure the lid on your blender and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth.
  6. Once the mixture is smooth, give it a taste. Adjust the sweetness or tartness to your liking.
  7. Grab your favorite glasses and fill them with ice cubes.
  8. Carefully pour the blended Mango Dragonfruit mixture over the ice in each glass.
  9. Add a slice of fresh mango to the rim of the glass and/or a few chunks of dragon fruit for extra flair.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Customize your drink by substituting sweeteners or experimenting with different fruits. Use fresh dragon fruit or berries if desired. This drink is inherently dairy-free and can be made low-sugar as well.
