  • 1 lb shredded low moisture mozzarella Gooey cheese that everyone loves.
  • 24 slices pepperoni Classic pizza topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a stand mixer, combine bread flour, olive oil, kosher salt, granulated sugar, instant yeast, and warm water. Beat until smooth and elastic (8-10 minutes).
  3. Spray a bowl with cooking spray, transfer dough into it, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise at room temperature for approximately 15 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough into an 18" x 13" rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  5. Sprinkle cornmeal on the sheet pan and place the rolled-out dough on it.
Topping and Baking
  1. Spread a generous layer of pizza sauce across the dough.
  2. Top with shredded mozzarella, layer on pepperoni, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-17 minutes, until the edges are golden and cheese is bubbling.

Notes

For an extra crispy crust, pre-bake the dough for 5 minutes before adding toppings. Customize with vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
