Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Place the chicken thighs into a baking dish and pour the lemon herb mixture over the chicken, generously coating every piece.

Notes

For an even more flavorful chicken, let it marinate for at least 30 minutes—up to overnight if you have the time. Bring the chicken to room temperature before cooking for even cooking. Basting with pan juices during baking keeps it moist.
