Preparation

Layering
- In a baking dish, start layering with marinara sauce, followed by lasagna noodles, sweet potatoes, and the ricotta mixture.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles and a top layer of marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Baking
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using sautéed garlic or add vegetables like mushrooms or zucchini to the ricotta. Drizzle olive oil on top for a crispier finish.
