Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs Adds a satisfying crunch

For the Filling
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Adds depth and rich flavor
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips Balances sweetness with creaminess
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows Melts to create a gooey texture
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz) Binds the layers together

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until fully combined.
  4. Press the graham cracker mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to create a solid crust.
  5. Sprinkle both types of chocolate chips evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  6. Scatter mini marshmallows generously on top of the chocolate layer.
  7. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the marshmallows.
  8. Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the edges are bubbling.
  9. Allow to cool completely before lifting the bars from the pan using the parchment paper.
  10. Once cooled, slice them into squares or rectangles as desired.

Notes

Let the bars cool before cutting for the best texture. For clean cuts, use a sharp knife dipped in hot water. Customize your chocolate with different types of chips or toppings for a gourmet touch.
