Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until fully combined.
- Press the graham cracker mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to create a solid crust.
- Sprinkle both types of chocolate chips evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Scatter mini marshmallows generously on top of the chocolate layer.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the marshmallows.
- Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the edges are bubbling.
- Allow to cool completely before lifting the bars from the pan using the parchment paper.
- Once cooled, slice them into squares or rectangles as desired.
Notes
Let the bars cool before cutting for the best texture. For clean cuts, use a sharp knife dipped in hot water. Customize your chocolate with different types of chips or toppings for a gourmet touch.
