  • 1 pound corned beef, cut into strips Tender and savory, this is the star of the dish.
  • 2–3 tbsp butter Essential for sautéing.
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese Nutty aroma and melty consistency.
  • 1 cup mayonnaise Creamy base for the dressing.
Dressing Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup Adds sweetness without extra carbs.
  • 4 tsp horseradish Adds a kick of spice.
  • 1 tsp hot sauce For those who crave heat.
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce Adds umami flavor.
  • 1/2 tsp salt Enhances flavor.
  • Pinch pepper Adds warmth.
Garnish
  • scallions, chopped Adds color and flavor.

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Melt 2–3 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the strips of corned beef and sauté for about 5 minutes, or until warmed through and lightly browned.
  2. Add the coleslaw mix to the skillet, cover, and cook for another 5 minutes to wilt slightly while preserving the crunch.
  3. Top the mixture with Swiss cheese, cover again or place under the broiler until the cheese melts and bubbles, about a couple of minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, horseradish, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to prepare the dressing.
  5. Once the cheese is melted, drizzle the dressing generously over the top and garnish with chopped scallions.
