Ingredients
  

For the Kebabs
  • 1 lb Ground Beef Use ground beef with a fat content of around 20%.
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped Adds brightness to the dish.
  • 1 large Yellow Onion, quartered Roasted onion will add a sweet depth.
  • 1 tbsp Seven Spices Baharat A blend that enhances the flavor.
  • 1 tsp Salt Essential for flavor enhancement.
  • 1 tsp Pepper To taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Quarter the onion and chop the parsley, then pulse both in a food processor for a fine texture.
  3. Combine the ground beef with the processed onion and parsley.
  4. Add seven spices, salt, and pepper; mix thoroughly.
  5. Mold the mixture onto skewers to form 1-inch thick cylinders.
Cooking
  1. Grill or bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Notes

If desired, marinate the meat overnight for deeper flavors. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze individual portions.
