Preparation

- Combine the ground beef with the processed onion and parsley.
- Add seven spices, salt, and pepper; mix thoroughly.
- Mold the mixture onto skewers to form 1-inch thick cylinders.
Cooking
- Grill or bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Notes
If desired, marinate the meat overnight for deeper flavors. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze individual portions.
