Method
 

Preparation
  1. Soften the cream cheese at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Finely chop the Italian deli meats, olives, roasted red peppers, and cherry tomatoes if using.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped ingredients, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Mix gently but thoroughly.
  4. Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap and mold into a log shape. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Unwrap the log and roll it in chopped herbs or antipasto mix before serving.
  6. Slice into rounds and serve with crackers, bread, or vegetables.

For the best presentation, finish with a roll in chopped herbs or antipasto mix just before serving. The log can be prepared up to two days ahead for better flavor blending.
