  • 1 tsp garlic powder Provides aromatic notes that enhance the overall taste.
  • 1 tsp dried oregano Gives a delightful Mediterranean flair.
  • to taste salt and pepper Essential for seasoning.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Crumble the feta cheese on top of the chicken.
  5. Drizzle the hot honey over the chicken and feta.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F / 75°C).
  2. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve hot.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes. Use high-quality feta cheese. For a golden crust, broil for the last few minutes.
