  • 1 cup sour cream Adds tangy element.
For flavoring
  • 1/4 cup hot honey Brings sweet heat.
  • 1 tsp chili flakes Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Enhances overall flavor.
  • 2 pieces green onions (chopped) Adds freshness and color.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend 8 oz of softened cream cheese and 1 cup of sour cream in a medium bowl until silky smooth.
  2. Gradually stir in 1/4 cup of hot honey, adjusting to taste.
  3. Sprinkle in 1 tsp of chili flakes and 1 tsp of garlic powder, mixing until combined.
  4. Gently fold in 2 chopped green onions.
  5. Transfer the mix to a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for at least an hour.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies, garnishing as desired.

Notes

Add finely chopped herbs or a squeeze of lemon for brightness. You can mix in diced jalapeños for extra spice. This dip can also be served warm after a quick microwave session.
