Preparation
- Blend 8 oz of softened cream cheese and 1 cup of sour cream in a medium bowl until silky smooth.
- Gradually stir in 1/4 cup of hot honey, adjusting to taste.
- Sprinkle in 1 tsp of chili flakes and 1 tsp of garlic powder, mixing until combined.
- Gently fold in 2 chopped green onions.
- Transfer the mix to a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for at least an hour.
- Serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies, garnishing as desired.
Notes
Add finely chopped herbs or a squeeze of lemon for brightness. You can mix in diced jalapeños for extra spice. This dip can also be served warm after a quick microwave session.
