- In a large bowl of a stand mixer, beat the softened cream cheese and Marshmallow Fluff at medium-high speed for about 1 minute until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add hot cocoa mix, heavy cream, and cocoa powder, then reduce the speed to low and mix for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Increase the speed back to medium-high and continue beating until smooth and velvety, around 2 to 3 minutes.
- Transfer the dip into a serving bowl and top with whipped cream, mini marshmallows, and holiday sprinkles if desired.
- Serve immediately with cookies, fruits, or snacks for dipping.
Notes
Chill the dip for an hour before serving for enhanced flavors. Consider using flavored marshmallow fluff or adding vanilla for extra taste.
