For the crispy topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Worcestershire sauce. Beat until smooth and well blended.
  3. Add in the chopped dill pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, hot sauce, and salt and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Topping
  1. In a separate bowl, combine the panko bread crumbs with the olive oil. Stir until the bread crumbs are coated with the oil.
  2. Sprinkle the olive oil-coated panko evenly over the dip in the baking dish.
Baking
  1. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the dip is bubbling.
  2. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
  3. Serve warm with your choice of tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted baguette slices for dipping.
