Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the fresh corn, creamed corn, sour cream, cheddar cheese, honey, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the beaten eggs until well incorporated.
  6. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour the casserole mixture, spreading it evenly.
Baking
  1. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown on top.
