Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly coat it with nonstick spray.
  3. Spread the sliced sausage, diced sweet potatoes, and broccoli florets evenly across the sheet pan.
Cooking
  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  2. Add honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour the honey garlic glaze over the sausage, sweet potatoes, and broccoli. Toss to evenly coat.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Garnish with minced parsley before serving.

Notes

For a spicy twist, add a pinch of red pepper flakes. You can swap in other vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini. To achieve extra crunch, broil for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
