Method
 

Marinating the Shrimp
  1. In a bowl, combine the honey, chipotle sauce, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they're well coated. Allow to marinate for about 10 minutes.
Cooking the Shrimp
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp to the pan.
  2. Sauté for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
Warming the Tortillas
  1. Warm corn tortillas in another skillet or microwave until soft and flexible.
Assembling and Serving
  1. Lay each warm tortilla on a plate and spoon the cooked shrimp onto each.
