Ingredients

Creamer Base
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream Whipped to a silky texture.
  • 1 cups half-and-half or whole milk For a lighter alternative.
  • 2 heaping tablespoons pumpkin puree Brings natural sweetness and vibrant color.
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup Adds earthy undertones and sweetness.
  • 1.5 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice A blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
  • 2 cinnamon sticks Imparts an aromatic hint.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream (or your milk choice), pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. Use a whisk to blend everything together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the cinnamon sticks to the mixture, increase the heat to medium-high, and bring it to a gentle boil while continuing to whisk.
  3. Once boiling, remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture cool for about 5 minutes.
  4. If preferred, strain the creamer through a fine-mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
  5. Serve immediately in your freshly brewed coffee or store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to one week.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a splash of vanilla extract or a pinch of nutmeg. Adjust sweetness according to preference. For vegan options, use coconut milk or almond milk.
