Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven and bake the chocolate cupcakes according to package instructions. Once baked, allow them to cool completely.
Making the Frosting
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter and powdered sugar until it reaches a fluffy consistency.
  2. Add in the vanilla extract and heavy cream, mixing until it's smooth and creamy.
Coloring the Frosting
  1. Divide the frosting into two separate bowls. Add green gel food coloring to one bowl, mixing until you achieve your desired shade of green.
Frosting the Cupcakes
  1. Using a star tip, pipe a white swirl on top of each cupcake as the base for your wreath.
  2. Next, take the green frosting and pipe it on top of the white swirl in the shape of a wreath.
Decorating
