- Lay out a tortilla and fill it with eggs, meat, veggies, and sprinkle with cheese.
- Roll the tortilla burrito-style.
- Optionally, sear in a hot pan for extra crunch.

- Serve with salsa, avocado, or hot sauce along with a side of fresh smoothie.
Notes
Wrap burritos in foil for transport. They freeze well and can be reheated in the microwave or a pan.
