Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, grated apple, mashed banana, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. If desired, stir in the chopped nuts or dried fruit.
  4. Scoop portions of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
