Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, pour in the olive oil and set it over medium heat.
  2. Toss in the minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  3. Introduce the ground turkey to the skillet. Cook for around 7–10 minutes, stirring often until browned.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and mix well to coat the turkey evenly.
  5. Spoon the turkey mixture over cooked rice in serving bowls.
  6. Drizzle with bang bang sauce.
  7. Top with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, avocado, and cucumber.

Notes

Ensure ground turkey is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F. Adjust soy sauce and bang bang sauce according to taste.
