- In a large skillet, pour in the olive oil and set it over medium heat.
- Toss in the minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Introduce the ground turkey to the skillet. Cook for around 7–10 minutes, stirring often until browned.
- Pour in the soy sauce and mix well to coat the turkey evenly.
- Spoon the turkey mixture over cooked rice in serving bowls.
- Drizzle with bang bang sauce.
- Top with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, avocado, and cucumber.
Notes
Ensure ground turkey is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F. Adjust soy sauce and bang bang sauce according to taste.
