Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Boneless and skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
For the Wrap
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or sauce of choice Optional, can substitute other sauces.
Optional Serving
  • as desired Crinkle cut fries For serving alongside the wraps.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken breast thoroughly in the seasoning mixture.
Cooking the Chicken
  1. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  2. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Assembling the Wrap
  1. Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
  2. Divide the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onion, and cheddar cheese evenly among the tortillas.
  3. Slice the grilled chicken into thin strips and arrange over the fresh veggies.
  4. Drizzle with ranch dressing or your choice of sauce.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly, then slice in half to serve warm.

Notes

For healthier options, consider low-sugar sauces and dairy-free alternatives. Avoid overcooking the chicken to maintain juiciness.
