  • 4 cups fresh romaine lettuce, chopped Provides crunch.

  • 4 large flour tortillas Flexible and suitable for wrapping.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Optional for added freshness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill until cooked through and charred, flipping once.
  3. Let the grilled chicken rest before slicing it.
  4. In a large bowl, toss chopped romaine, halved cherry tomatoes, Caesar dressing, and sliced chicken together.
Assembly
  1. Warm the tortillas until pliable.
  2. Place filling into the center of each tortilla.
  3. Fold the ends and roll tightly to secure the filling.
  4. For extra crunch, place the finished wraps back on the grill pan briefly.

Notes

For a lighter version, use lower-fat dressing or whole wheat tortillas. Pair with sweet potato fries or a bowl of roasted veggie soup for a perfect meal.
