Preparation

- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread this mixture over the top of the batter in the pan.
Baking
- Bake for 40 to 50 minutes until lightly golden on top and the center begins to set.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
