Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, use a handheld mixer on medium-high speed to beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add the dark brown sugar, whole milk, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, kosher salt, and ground cloves into the bowl and beat until well-combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until everything is fully incorporated and airy.
  4. Transfer the dip into a serving bowl and optionally add festive sprinkles on top. Serve with gingerbread cookies.

Notes

To elevate the dip, consider adding a drizzle of caramel or chocolate sauce. For a lighter option, use reduced-fat cream cheese. Experiment with spices for a personal touch.
