Activate the yeast

Shape the naan

Cook the naan
- Preheat a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat and lightly grease it.
- Cook each naan for about 1 minute on each side until puffed and golden brown.
Add garlic butter
- Mix minced garlic with melted butter and brush over the naan while cooking. Garnish with salt and chopped cilantro or parsley.

For enhanced flavor, consider adding garlic powder to the dough or dried herbs like oregano or thyme. Use a cast-iron skillet for better heat retention.
