- In a bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the salmon cubes in olive oil until coated, then sprinkle the spice mixture over them.
Cooking
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon bites in a single layer and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Stir in honey and lemon juice, allowing it to thicken for about a minute.
- Return the salmon bites to the skillet, coating them in the garlic honey butter.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley and an extra drizzle of honey.
Notes
For a healthier version, replace honey with a low-calorie sweetener and butter with a non-dairy option. Avoid overbaking the salmon to keep it tender.
