Preparation

Cooking

- Meanwhile, boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash them with heavy cream and butter until smooth.
- In another baking dish, toss the carrots with honey, salt, and pepper. Roast them alongside the chicken for about 20-25 minutes, or until tender and caramelized.
- Serve the garlic herb chicken alongside the creamy mash and roasted carrots.
