Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the lobster tails carefully down the middle using kitchen shears.
  3. Gently pull the meat upwards so that it sits on top of the shell.
Cooking
  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
  5. Place the lobsters on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add freshly grated Parmesan cheese before baking or a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
