Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the lobster tails carefully down the middle using kitchen shears.
- Gently pull the meat upwards so that it sits on top of the shell.
Cooking
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobsters on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add freshly grated Parmesan cheese before baking or a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
