  • 1 cup Butter, melted Real butter is preferred.
  • 1 cup Sugar You can swap half for coconut sugar for a healthier alternative.
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa powder Use real cocoa powder.
  • 1/2 cup Flour Gluten-free flour blends can be used as an alternative.
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips Feel free to mix in nuts or caramel if desired.
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Optional for extra flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven.
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave or on the stovetop.
  3. Stir in the sugar until it becomes glossy.
  4. Add the eggs and whisk until combined.
  5. Mix in the cocoa powder and vanilla extract.
  6. Fold in the flour and salt.
  7. Gently stir in the chocolate chips.
  8. Scoop the batter into greased mini muffin tins.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven until just set on top, around 15-20 minutes.
  2. Do not overbake to keep the fudgy texture.

Notes

These brownie bites are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to four days or frozen for longer storage. Can be paired with ice cream for an extra treat.
