Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Mixing
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, fully incorporating each before adding the next, then add the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Combining Add-ins
- Gently fold in the Fruity Pebbles, white chocolate chips, and optional rainbow sprinkles.
Baking
- Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
Cooling
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
- Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
Notes
