Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined, being careful not to over-mix.
- Gently fold in the Fruity Pebbles cereal.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cooling
- Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
- Wait until completely cool before slicing.
Notes
For a sweeter loaf, drizzle a glaze made from powdered sugar and milk over the cooled bread. Store leftovers wrapped tightly to maintain freshness.
