Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 24 cookies Oreo cookies Crushed to make the crust
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted, to bind the cookie crumbs
Filling
  • 1 cup Fudge sauce For mixing with the ice cream
  • 4 cups Chocolate ice cream Softened for easier mixing
  • 1/2 cup Peanuts Chopped for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies and mix them with melted butter to form the crust.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish or pan, ensuring it’s compact and evenly spread.
  4. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. In a bowl, mix the fudge sauce with the chocolate ice cream until well combined.
  6. Pour the fudge and ice cream mixture into the cooled Oreo crust and spread it evenly.
  7. Top with chopped peanuts, sprinkling them generously.
  8. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
Serving
  1. Slice and serve frozen, ideally enjoyed chilled after a hearty meal.

Notes

For richer chocolate flavor, use chocolate fudge sauce instead of regular. To enhance crunchiness, bake the crust a little longer. You can substitute peanuts with almonds or walnuts for a twist.
