Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush the Oreo cookies and mix them with melted butter to form the crust.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish or pan, ensuring it’s compact and evenly spread.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix the fudge sauce with the chocolate ice cream until well combined.
- Pour the fudge and ice cream mixture into the cooled Oreo crust and spread it evenly.
- Top with chopped peanuts, sprinkling them generously.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
Serving
- Slice and serve frozen, ideally enjoyed chilled after a hearty meal.
Notes
For richer chocolate flavor, use chocolate fudge sauce instead of regular. To enhance crunchiness, bake the crust a little longer. You can substitute peanuts with almonds or walnuts for a twist.
