Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together the softened butter, sugar, and cream cheese until fluffy.
  3. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully mixed in before adding the next.
  4. Pour in the pure vanilla extract and mix.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and Kosher salt.
  6. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just incorporated.
  7. Add buttermilk and stir gently until combined. Avoid overmixing.
  8. Fold in the fresh strawberries gently.
Baking
