Method
Marinate the Chicken
- Mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat chicken breasts with this mixture and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Prepare the Dressing
- In another bowl, whisk together extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat the Grill
