Method
 

Marinate the Chicken
  1. Mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat chicken breasts with this mixture and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Prepare the Dressing
  1. In another bowl, whisk together extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat the Grill
