Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.

  4. Carefully pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin tin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden.
  2. Allow to cool slightly before gently removing from the tin.

Notes
