- Stir in the chopped spinach, diced bell peppers, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Carefully pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin tin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before gently removing from the tin.
