- In a bowl, combine the egg yolk, mayonnaise, and Buldak seasoning packets. Whisk until smooth.
Cooking Noodles
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain, reserving about 1/2 cup of the cooking water.
Combining Noodles with Sauce
- Transfer cooked noodles to the bowl with the sauce. Toss until noodles are coated evenly. Add reserved water to reach desired consistency.
Serving
- Serve Fire Chicken Ramen hot and enjoy!
Notes
For added nutrition, include sautéed vegetables or proteins like chicken or shrimp. Adjust the spice level by using less Buldak seasoning. Taste as you go to perfect the flavor.
