Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven or soup pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chopped onion, cooking for about 5 minutes until soft and translucent.
  3. Introduce ground turkey to the pot, cooking for about 5 minutes until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
Cooking
  1. Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Add drained kidney beans and Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies with juices.
  3. Pour in water or chicken broth and raise the heat to high, bringing the mixture to a gentle boil.
  4. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serving
  1. Season chili with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Serve warm in bowls and add optional toppings as desired.
