Method

Shape the Pavlova
- Spoon the meringue mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a circular disc about 8 inches in diameter.
Bake to Perfection
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and leave the pavlova inside to cool completely.
Decorate and Serve
- Once cooled, remove the pavlova from the baking sheet and place it on a serving platter.
- Top it generously with whipped cream and scatter fresh mixed berries over the cream.
- Add mint leaves if desired for garnish.
