  • 1 tablespoon Orange Zest Deepens the orange flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for even baking.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, orange juice, and orange zest.
  3. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 10-15 minutes until cranberries burst and the sauce thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in nuts and herbs if using.
  6. Place Brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Spoon the warm cranberry sauce over the Brie, covering it generously.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the Brie is soft and bubbly.
  9. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  10. Serve warm with crackers, baguette slices, or fruits.

Notes

For added flavor, consider a pinch of cinnamon in the sauce, or a splash of balsamic vinegar. The cranberry sauce can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated.
