Ingredients

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats Whole grain oats that add texture and fiber.
  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter Creamy and nutty providing healthy fats and protein.
  • 1/2 cup Medjool Dates Natural sweetener and binder, pitted and chopped.
  • 2 tablespoons Matcha Powder Infuses the balls with antioxidants and color.
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flakes Adds subtle sweetness and tropical flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds Nutrient-packed seeds for energy-boosting benefits.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon Adds an earthy and warming flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. Gather all the ingredients listed above. Prepare the Medjool dates by pitting and chopping them into small pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the rolled oats, matcha powder, coconut flakes, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Stir well to ensure all dry ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Add the creamy almond butter and chopped Medjool dates to the dry mixture. Use a wooden spoon or your hands to mix everything together until well combined.
  4. Knead the mixture until it forms a cohesive dough. If it's too dry, add a tablespoon of water at a time until the desired consistency is achieved.
  5. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into compact, bite-sized balls.
  6. Place the formed energy balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. After chilling, your Easy No-Bake Matcha Energy Balls are ready to be served! Enjoy them as a healthy snack or post-workout treat.

Notes

For added flavor, incorporate a pinch of sea salt, nuts, dried fruits, or rolling the balls in extra coconut flakes or matcha powder. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or in the freezer for up to three months.
