Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven’s broiler.
  2. Cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise and gently pull the meat upward.
  3. In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  4. Brush the mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.
Cooking
  1. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for about 8 to 10 minutes until the meat is opaque and lightly browned.
  2. Meanwhile, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a saucepan over medium heat; stir in flour to create a roux.
  3. Gradually whisk in the heavy cream, cooking until it thickens (around 3 to 4 minutes).
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  5. Spoon the cream sauce over the broiled lobster tails and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
