Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the thawed Cool Whip and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Incorporate the vanilla extract and powdered sugar, mixing until well combined.
  3. Gradually fold in the graham cracker crumbs until a dough-like consistency is achieved.
  4. Scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls or shape as desired.
  5. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least an hour to firm up.
  6. If desired, drizzle melted chocolate over the candies or sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top.
