Method
 

Preparation
  1. Take the chicken breasts out of the fridge 15-20 minutes prior to starting.

Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.
  3. Flip the chicken and continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes, depending on size.
  4. Check for doneness using an instant-read meat thermometer (should reach 160°F).
  5. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing to allow juices to redistribute.
